モカ

実験４。
今日は「モカ」の浅煎り。

わー、何だろう。穏やかだ…
苦味、香り、コク、なんか、穏やかだ…
これといった突出することもなく…
薄い、って訳でもないしさ。
でも、いわゆる果実香ってのは、浅煎りだから良く感じられるすな。
