中国旅行

無性に四川料理が食べたくて💦
で、探して見つけた店の屋号には「四川」の文字。コレだ！！

メニューをみると、台湾系や日本の町中華がほとんど…あれ？
店のお母さんは中国語だから、台湾人か本土か聞いたら、、天津人だった(笑)
あー、そりゃあ四川料理は無理だな💦

でも、まぁ、これはこれで。
妙に塩と旨味の強い日式中華料理より大陸の風味でアリだな。
