長野の余韻に浸る②

蕎麦の国、長野(笑)
 
最近は絶滅危惧すらある駅蕎麦。かつては三重県にも松阪牛を使った肉うどんや、伊勢うどんを提供してくれる非常に美味い駅蕎麦があったのだが…チェーン店になったり閉店したり。
