フランスで修行後、ホテル海の中道とハイアット・リージェンシー福岡の総料理長を兼務していたシェフが開業したレストラン「オーベルジュまつむら」で新年会ランチしてきました(^^♪築100年以上を経た古民家の漆喰の白壁と太い天井の梁がどこか懐かしい落ち着いた雰囲気のレストランです。1日に予約を数組しか受け付けないので、なかなか予約が取れなくて・・・この日の予約は2ヶ月前に入れたものです。薪ストーブの隣のテーブルで 最高のフレンチを堪能して来ました。ああ 幸せ☆
