シュネバーレン

クッキーのような生地をドーナツのように揚げたお菓子です。

丸くってかわいいフォルム。

テーブルがクリスマスになります。

オーストリアのお菓子です。
あまりなじみのないお菓子ですが、家庭でも簡単にできるように小ぶりで作りやすくて食べやすくアレンジしています。
研究のレッスンで作っていました。
