We are replacing our office carpet with tile carpet. This enables us to replace one tile section at a time when it is damaged. This should save us more money in the long run.

In Japan .. You can buy a raised floor tile. That way you can not only have tiled carpet, you will have raised floor with carpet. That will be more practical.
