言ったことが相手に伝わるとは思...
言った・言わないでトラブルになることは少なくありません。
これは人は、何を言われても基本的には自分の聞きたいことしか聞かないからです。
また言う側も言いにくいことは直球で言うことは難しいのも事実です。

そういうことを理解すれば、言ったことが相手に伝わるとは思ってはいけないと思います。
