ステーキ・アンド・エッグ ステーキ・アンド・エッグ
昨日の朝食（昼食）は、オレゴンに向かう途中のセントラリアでステーキ・アンド・エッグを頂きました。ステーキの大きさは約２００ｇ（７オンス）でした。これは美味しかった。これで夕食まで何も食べなかった。日帰りでポートランド、約６００ｋｍを走破しました。この朝食を食べたときは出発してまだ１５０ｋｍのところです。
