お腹いっぱいにしても減塩ができるようなメニューを選んでいます。特に会社で作るときは今週は炭水化物を少なめに、あと寒い日が続いているので当たらかいスープを基本に料理をしました。どれも具材を鍋に入れて炊くだけ・・・味は塩少なめで出汁を使っています。野菜の多いスープはその時はお腹いっぱいになるけど消化かいいので4時ごろお腹が減ります。😅

自分の目で見ないと信じられない
最近ではコンピューターの進化により、目で見たものでもその真偽が判断しづらくなりました。特にディープフェイクと呼ばれる技術を使用すると、まるで本物のような動画が作成され、その人が実際に話しているかのように見えます。自分の目で信じることが難しくなり、画面上に映ったものではなく、肉眼で確認できる言葉だけが頼りになります。
この状況は懸念される点があります。例えば、誘拐犯が誘拐された人の姿を見せるよう要求した場合、画像を通じて確認しても相手が本当に誘拐された人であるかどうか、その声が実際の声であるかどうかが判断できません。これにより、安否確認が難しくなります。
将来的には、誘拐された人の安否を確認するためにどのような手段が取られるかが重要な問題となるでしょう。
