喜多の華酒造は大正初期に喜多方で味噌醤油醸造業を営む星醸造より分家し、

「星正宗」　の銘柄で酒造業を創業。

戦時中は企業統合され、戦後に　「喜多の華」　の銘柄で復活。

　『蔵太鼓　辛口純米』　　喜多の華酒造場　　　福島県喜多方市

　　　　精米歩合：６０％　　日本酒度：＋１０　　酸度：１．２～１．４　　アルコール度：15～16度

日本酒度だけを見れば超辛口に見えますが、スカッと切れ味が抜群の呑み口。

　　　★こういう酒はあっさりと、湯豆腐でいただくに限ります。（公園前にて）
