毎朝、PSPINCでは、営業チームと開発チームが9時半からミーティングを行い、現在進行中のプロジェクトやお客様のカスタム開発の進捗状況を確認しています。このミーティングは、お客様との円滑なコミュニケーションを図るために行われており、また、会社のプロジェクトのリソース配分を毎日確認しています。

今日のミーティングには、サーバー管理データセンターウェブのプロジェクトが含まれていたため、データセンターのスタッフは参加できませんでしたが、通常は毎日参加しています。このミーティングにより、アクションアイテムやプロジェクトの進捗に関する質問にすぐに回答できるようになります。

PSPでは、お客様との関係を最も重要視し、連絡を取っていない状態は仕事をしていない状態と同じだと考え、日々活動しています。

Every morning, at PSPINC., the sales and development teams hold a meeting at 9:30 AM to review the progress of ongoing projects and custom development for our clients. This meeting is conducted to ensure smooth communication with our clients and to verify the daily resource allocation for company projects.

In today's meeting, the Server Management Data Center Web project was on the agenda, so the staff from the data center couldn't attend, but they usually participate every day. This meeting allows us to promptly address any questions regarding action items or project progress.

At PSPINC, we prioritize our relationship with our clients, believing that not staying in touch is akin to not working. Hence, we are committed to daily activities to maintain communication and uphold our standards.
