はじめてアーティーチョークを植えてみました。
食べられる期待はしていませんが、根付いて嬉しいです。
肥料不足なんでしょうか葉肉が薄いですね。

見守っているうちに、ついに花になってしまいました。
鮮やかな紫色をしていますが、イソギンチャクのようです。

むか～し、アメリカに行った時に良く食べましたが、ジャイモのようなユリネのような感食だったような・・・
多年草みたいなので増やす事ができたら観賞用にいいですね。
