Kenichi Uchikura is the founder and CEO of Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. (PSPINC), a technology company based in the Seattle area. After graduating from Azusa Pacific University in 1983, he began his professional career in Japan before being assigned to establish his employer’s Seattle subsidiary. That international business experience laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.

Another Government Good Idea

I saw this sign at the entrance of every restaurant around here in Gardena, California. It tells me the restaurant passed the health inspection. It looks like a good idea but what is this costing the restaurant and tax payers. Instead of coming after unhealthy restaurants, they are doing this to employ more people. It sounds like a good idea, but it is just not going to add anything to the actual health of the consumer.

But we can be sure if it employs more people by the government, it will be coming to Seattle soon.
