セイヨウカラシナですね。日当たりの良い湿潤な場所で咲くそうです。高速道路脇で群生しているのをよく見ます。
前ボケを上手に取り入れられてます。

写真は家の畑に植えられたものです。
小さい頃は二毛作で菜種は殆どの農家で栽培され春は一面黄色だったのですが最近は川端などの自生したものしか見られませんね。
