手前がチキンで、奥がお肉の代わ... 手前がチキンで、奥がお肉の代わりに豆腐を入れたカレーです。 白米５割、玄米５割でご飯は準備... 白米５割、玄米５割でご飯は準備しました。
日本海軍じゃないけど、金曜日は私がカレーを作ってスタッフ全員が食べられるようにしてあります。カレーはチキンカレーとベジタリアンカレーの２種類、ご飯は２つの炊飯器で８合づつ炊きました。
