米国最大のレンタカー会社であるHertzがEVのレンタルを終了し、代わりにガソリン車（およびハイブリッド車）に切り替えることを決定しました。その結果、大量の中古テスラ車が彼らのウェブサイトで販売されています。マイル数が少ないものも多く、価格も非常に魅力的に見えます。

 

 

以前、ロサンゼルスに出張した際には、テスラモデルYを借りました。悪い経験ではなかったのですが、返す際に充電が必要だったのが面倒でした。EVは、レンタカーには最適でない可能性がありますね。

The largest car rental company in the United States, Hertz, has decided to discontinue renting electric vehicles (EVs) and transition to gasoline cars (plus hybrids). As a result, a large number of used Tesla cars are now available for sale on their website. Many of these vehicles have low mileage, and the prices seem quite favorable.

 

 

I previously rented a Tesla Model Y when I was on a business trip to Los Angeles. It was a good experience, but the inconvenience of having to charge it before returning was notable. Electric vehicles may not be the most suitable option for rental cars.

 

Recently, there have been discussions about the decline of EVs, but I personally believe that EVs have their rightful place. Especially for city driving, they require minimal maintenance, have lower fuel costs, and overall lower operating expenses. Additionally, the driving experience is enjoyable. I find EVs to be ideal as second cars.
