東京は34日連続で乾燥注意報が発令されています。
空気がカラカラに乾いています。
炎症にも延焼にも注意が必要です。

・ジャガイモとにんじんと牛肉の炒め物
・ブリの味噌漬け焼き
・牛焼き肉
・ほうれん草とにんじんのおひたし＋白髪ねぎ
・野菜シューマイ
・ひじきの煮物
・冷や奴
・わかめと油揚げの味噌汁
・白米＋雑穀米

牛肉という動物性タンパク質も久しぶりですね・・・。

おかずの種類が相変わらず豊富でうらやましいなぁ・・・。
