ゴーヤ豚丼にしました。
単身赴任時以来、久しぶりに料理！(^^ゞ

これは苦味が効いて、夏バテ防止に良さそうです。
豆腐さんのことだから、もちろん「ゴーヤチャンプル」は、お特異でしょうねぇ・・・。　（笑）

美味しくいただきました！（＾ｕ＾）
ゴーヤチャンプルは単身時に作りましたけれど、、、
豆腐嫁の方が圧倒的に美味しく作るので
今は作る気がしません(^^ゞ
