気温と湿度が非常に高い一日でした。

京葉線は停電で7時間ストップし
首都拘束道路はいたる場所で渋滞し
中央道は事故で夜遅くまで大渋滞でした。。。

・こんぶと揚げと豚肉とニンジンの煮物（昨日の残り）
