必ずしも今は会社員の目標が管理職ではない時代、そのチャンスがあってもなりたくないという若手社員が増えているようです。様々な価値観がある中で課長や部長の仕事に就くことよりもっと大事なものがあるのでは。ただ現在の企業、そして私たちマネージャーがその役職を魅力あるものにしていないのではないでしょうか。それぞれが存在意義を明確に示して将来の目標を共有していくことが必要だと感じています。

終身雇用制が崩れる中、
新しい価値観が生まれてくるのは必定ですね。
なんのためにはたらくのか、基本が見直されている時代だと感じています。
