昔懐かしい米焼酎　『立車屋』

甑で米を蒸し、木蓋で麹を手造りします。　そして和甕で熟成した醪を使い、
明治中期まで使われていた少量仕込みのチンタラ蒸留器（古式蒸留器）でゆっくり時米焼酎ながら、
時間をかけてできた昔ながらの焼酎です。

　　『立車屋（くるまや）』　　天草酒造　　熊本県天草市新和町

常圧蒸留、　度数は３０度

いまではほとんど見かけられない、「チンタラ蒸留器」　で造る珍しい米焼酎！

古式ゆかしさゆえの味わいはなんと奥ゆかしい味わい！

こおばしいまでの香りと深い味わい、他の蔵にはない、とても個性的な焼酎です。
