生ベーコンにオリーブオイルを掛けたものです。

「せせり鉄板焼き」

焼きそばが激辛過ぎたといって、「サービスです！」　とプラスが出してくれました。

生ベーコンは塩味が効いているので、オリーブオイルでまろみを出しています。

ビールにも合うのですが、日本酒にも合います。

他には　「せせり鉄板焼き」　これは定番です。

網焼きとはまた違う味が出る鉄板焼きです。
