真ツブ貝！　エゾボラともいわれる巻き貝の高級品です。
つぶ類の中でも最高級と言われる　「真つぶ」　はお刺身やお寿司のネタとしてお馴染みです。
生でしか味わう事ができないコリコリとした食感が特徴です！
コリコリとしたくせになってしまう歯応えと、つぶ貝ならではの風味に強い甘み、旨みが口の中に広がります♪
