いつもの料理にプラス！トラフグの厚切りテッサ！

今が美味しい！竹の子がとれる時期の魚「竹の子メバル」の煮付けが！♪

他には松葉ガニ！飛騨牛の網焼き！などなど！

今が旬の新若竹の子の醤油焼き！♪
