大分市中央町にある飲食店「橙」

その橙の『第79回 日本酒の会』に参加しました！

今回のテーマは幻の酒米と言われる「愛山」です！

見事な愛山で醸した日本酒が並びました！♪

特に凄いのは10年ぶりに愛山で醸した「松の司 純米大吟醸」は別格でした！♪

さらに飛露喜はさすがの旨さ！風の森は精米80%でこの旨さは凄い！♪

お酒を提供した豊後高田市の酒屋「田染の荘」の社長のご子息、
津田優介さんのお酒のセレクトは見事です！♪
