先日作ったフグヒレを使ってヒレ酒を作りました‼️

フグヒレは上手に焼かなければ駄目です‼️
焼きすぎても駄目！焼き足らずですと生臭い‼️

合わせる日本酒は大分は臼杵の久家本店の「一の井手」がよく合います‼️😁

臼杵に豊後フグの本場！ふぐ料理には一の井手が合います‼️🍶

寒い夜は体が暖まります‼️😁😃💕
