手に入ったのでローストビーフを作りました‼️
少し焼きすぎました！でも柔らかくジューシーで甘く美味しい😋

黒毛和牛種で、おおいた豊後牛の中でも4等級以上の肉質のものに付けられるブランド名の肉です‼️
日本一に輝いた豊後牛の歴史が始まって百年目！
