亡き父は道具にコダワリが強く、調理器具が仕事を左右すると
常々言っておりました。
写真は千切りの道具、完全なプロ用ではありませんが、父は
これの木製を使っていた記憶です。

刃が交換でき、往復でスライス出来ます。
大根一本を数分で処理でき、プラスチック製の家庭用とは
大違い、かつ安全です。
