人は石垣、人は城・・・・・
甲陽軍鑑での武田信玄の言葉とされています。

現代にも通じると思うのですが、人を育てず、使い捨てに同様に扱う
経営者がいまだに少なくありません、財をなすと全てを忘れてしまうのでしょうか？
