台湾企業は中国から腰が引けている

IT関連の台湾企業の中国大陸からの撤退が増加傾向にあるようです。
政府（国民党）が中国寄り政策を打ち出しているにもかかわらずです。
政権交代が遅きに失した感じもありますが、根本的な何かが動いている気がしてなりません。
