各務原遺産の森トレッキング（2024.07.13）

悪天候やら野暮用で、一ヶ月ぶりのトレッキングです。
やはり、一ヶ月のブランクは最初のエンジンのかかりが悪く難儀します。
息こそ上がりませんが、薄着で気温が少し低いと表皮がこわばったり、足の筋の伸び
が悪かったで厄介です。
それでも30分すると、なんとか元に戻り、快適な山歩きとなりました。

SunRise 今日の日の出（2024.07.16)😊

Due to bad weather, I had been taking a break from morning photography, but this
morning I was able to capture the sunrise, perhaps due to a break in the rainy season.
However, the humidity is intense.
Last night, I slept with the windows open, and the indoor humidity is above 70%,
but the room temperature is 24°C, so it feels cool.
 
 
悪天候で朝の撮影はお休みしていましたが、今朝は梅雨の晴れ間なのか、どうにか
日の出の陽光が撮影出来ました。
しかし、すごい湿度です、昨夜は家の窓を開放したままで就寝しましたが、室内の湿度は
70％以上となっています、でも室温は24℃で涼しく感じます。
