水泳 x メタボ

休み無しの連続水泳、これまで4往復（100m）が限界だったが、とうとう12往復（600m）を達成した。しかし健康診断の結果はメタボだった。医者に行ったが、今年から始めた車通勤がどうも怪しい。来年は週1の水泳を週3に増やす！
