一昨日ご紹介した、佐和みずえ著『草原の風の詩』について、もう少しご紹介します。

主人公のモデルになったのは、河原操子・・・

明治8年に生まれ、昭和20年71歳で亡くなるまでの生涯・・・実践女学校や学習院創設の下田歌子との運命的な出会いによって、やがて中国・モンゴルカラチン王府に招かれるなど、時代に放浪されながらも、両国のかけ橋に多大な貢献をされた人です。
