ホーリーバジル

道の駅で、ホリーバジルを見つけました。
ホーリーバジルは、メディカルハーブとも言われ、アーユルヴェーダでは「不老不死の霊薬」と言われています。
普通のハーブよりもっとディープな香りです。
このクセのある匂いが好きですねー
葉っぱだけを口にすると、アロマエッセンスを食べたー　ッて言う私のイメージです。

サラダにして食べるととてもフレッシュです。

これから夏に向かって生野菜を食べることが増えますが、色んなアレンジをして食べたいです。
