「任せる」と「勝手にしろ」の違...
私は何かを始めてある程度の方向性が見えてくると、誰かにその仕事を任せることが多い。でも一度だって「勝手にしろ」と言ったことはない。この違いは、責任の在り処。何かを任せた場合、失敗したら任せた人（私の）責任だ。勝手にしろと行った時点で、責任は破棄したことになる。責任を持たない人の話など誰も聞いてはくれない。

自分の考え・行動・時間には限界がある。いくら頑張っても一人でその限界を超えることはできない。それをみんながやってくれる。これが「任せる」という意味だ。

私に仕事は、起爆・・・イングナイトなのだと思っている。始まったら、小さな軌道修正はすることはあっても、自分が引っ張るわけではない。それは任せた人たちがやってくれる。
