Meet Seattle Legend, Shiro san
He is one of the most well know sushi chef in Seattle (even west coast of the USA) for the best sushi chef. I know him and his wife for over 30 years when he was the owner and operated Nikko Japanese Restaurant in Seattle.

He now the owner of Kashiba in Seattle.
