すべてのビジネスには、初期投資が必要です。初期投資は、お金による投資であれば、実際の資金と相談する必要があります。また、労力による投資であれば、経営者自身が全力で取り組む必要があります。どのような場合でも、資金には限りがありますので、その限界を理解し、節度を持って経営を行うことが重要です。これによって、安定した経営を実現することができます。
これはあくまでも独り言ですので、お聞き流しください。ここで話した内容は、成功するためではなく、ビジネスを継続するための考え方で、経営方針は経営者によって違うものがあって当たり前です。
