血液検査

今朝は朝食抜きで病院に血液検査に行ってきました。昨日会った医師に肝臓の機能確認の血液検査を勧められて、早速予約して朝一番で血液検査に行ってきました。何も自覚症状はないのですが、念の為の検査です。もし肝機能が落ちていたらどうするのかな？　病院に行くとマイナスの思考ばかりが出てくるので嫌です。

確かに６０を超えてから色々と壊れてきているよな気がしますね。でも本人は健康元気なつもりなんですよ。まだまだやりたいことあるし、病気している暇はありません。

This morning, I went to the hospital for a blood test without having breakfast. Yesterday, the doctor I met recommended a liver function test, so I immediately made an appointment and went for the blood test first thing in the morning. I don't have any noticeable symptoms, but it's just a precautionary test. I wonder what I'll do if my liver function is poor? I don't like going to the hospital because it makes me think negatively.

Indeed, I feel like things have been breaking down since I turned 60. But I still feel healthy and full of energy. There are still things I want to do, and I don't have time to be sick.
