Have you ever heard of Mercari. It is not big in teh US but it is a vebry sccessul online sales infrastructure design for mobile devices. You simply create an account and posty the picture and set the price.

Hotel in Seattle/Bellevue are very exopensive. I cannot find anything under $130 per night. I think if we bring capsule hotel from Japan and offer for half the cheaptest prices around here, it will be a hit.
