連日の真夏日、熱帯夜が続いています。
体調管理しっかりしていきましょう。

◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・秋刀魚の干物焼き＋大根おろし
・おから（人参、牛蒡、鶏挽肉、油揚げ、長ねぎ、干し椎茸、ちくわ）
　　＜醤油、酒、黒砂糖、オリゴ糖、鰹だし、塩、ごま油＞
・モロヘイヤのおひたし
・プチトマト＋キャベツの千切り＋トウモロコシ＋食べるラー油サラダ
・豚肉のみそ漬け炒め
・ポテトサラダ
