午後からとても涼しい一日になりました。
このまま秋になって冬が来て
あっという間に2012年です。。。(~_~;)

★今日もノンアルコール★
◎これでいいのだ！(^_-)◎
◆毎日豆腐食べてます！◆
・牛肉と野菜炒め
・カジキの醤油漬焼き
・高野豆腐とこんにゃくの煮物
・おかヒジキと油揚げのおひたし＋和がらし
・クコの実ときくらげの中華和え
・きざみすぐき
・あさりの味噌汁
☆冷奴☆
★ノンアルコールビール★休肝日-14-★
・マンゴー

動物性と植物性と全部そろってる感じですね・・・。

なんとなくご長寿メニューって気もするんですが・・・。
