阪神淡路大震災から17年の年月が流れました。
あの日に生まれた子供たちは今高校2年生です。
明るい未来を描けていますか？

・鮭のソテー＋温キャベツとコーン
・生ハム＋エリンギのソテー
・鶏ささみのサラダ＋食べるラー油
・きんぴらごぼう
・ほうれん草のおひたし
・餃子
・冷や奴
・あさりの味噌汁
・白米＋雑穀米
◆爽健美茶◆
（帰宅前にモルツ、トリスハイボール）
