友人の催しがあって
会場までの13キロをRunning
1時間40分かかりました。
1km7分40秒の超スローペース。
ジョギングシュミレーターでは消費カロリー916kcal
生ビール中ジョッキ4.5杯分。
その後、居酒屋で昔話に花が咲き
生ビール10杯以上飲みました(^_^;)
本当に楽しい時間でした。
ありがとうございました！
