いよいよ明日は組閣です。
９月も半分が経過
シルバーウィークもあって加速しそうです。
・自家栽培のゴーヤ（塩もみ）サラダ・トマト
・とんかつ
・クリームシチュー（手羽肉煮込み骨外し）
・ニンジンと玉ねぎの天ぷら
・サバの塩焼き
・ほうれん草のおひたし＋ミョウガ
