昨日でお彼岸も明け、陽も短くなってきて
一気に秋色が加速しています。
今日の献立】
・アジの刺身
・煮物（人参・ゴボウ・里芋・油揚）
・今年最後の自家栽培ゴーヤのサラダ（菊・キュウリ）
・かぼちゃたっぷり濃厚パンプキンスープ
・豚ソテーと白菜炒め
