味付けクラゲは我が家の定番です。

同じ食材を発見するとうれしいですね･･･(^。^)

ためしてガッテンで10品目食品をバランス良くとっているかどうかの採点を今実行中です。


その途中経過ですが、予想通り、お魚が不足しがちです。


豆腐さんは、満点ですね〜！
