【今日の献立】
・鶏唐揚げと芋天
　（鶏もも肉）
　　＜生姜、片栗粉、酒、醤油、ごま油＞
　（さつま芋）
　　＜片栗粉、小麦粉、牛乳＞
　　＜菜種油＞
・ベビーホタテの甘辛煮
　（ベビーホタテ、人参、豚バラ肉）
　　＜ごま油、にんいく、生姜、醤油、オリゴ糖、そばつゆ、オイスターソース、酒、みりん、七味＞
・ほうれん草のおひたし
　（ほうれん草、油揚げ）
・サラダ
　（レタス、塩コンブ）＜ごま油、ゴマ＞

世紀の大逆転ですよね。
プロ野球の歴史に残りますね・・・(^_^)v

個人的にはリーグ優勝チームの威信にかけて
