羽田に降り立つと雨模様でした。

【今日の献立】
・豚ロースみそ焼き
　（豚ロース）
　　＜みそ、醤油、みりん、にんにく、オリーブオイル＞
・豆もやしのナムル
　（豆もやし）
　　＜コチュジャン、中華あじ、白ゴマ、食べるラー油、ごま油＞
・小松菜のおひたし
・助宋タラの煮付け
　（スケソウタラ、長ねぎ）
　　＜醤油、みりん、酒、黒砂糖、そばつゆ、塩、ごま油＞　
・コンソメ野菜スープ
　（にんじん、大根、椎茸、油揚げ、鳴門巻）
　　　＜万能ねぎ、コンソメ＞

ブログルの透谷を見ましたら、豆腐さんの怒涛のアップ、どこまで付き合えるかな…。（笑）

ナムルの調理、こっているのに驚きました。食べるラー油までとは、さすが豆腐嫁さんです。
