健康朝食は豆乳で

50分の観光ジョウギングを終え... 50分の観光ジョウギングを終えたら、シャワーを浴びて、街の食堂に行って朝食だ。それがこれ。左が塩味の豆乳。シェントウジャンと聞こえたが・・・。豆乳をかき混ぜてしばらくすると、豆腐のように固まって来る。右は玉米蛋餅と書く、トウモロコシ玉子お焼き。合わせて250円。二日続けてこの朝食にしたよ、ルン。朝7時から８時は行列が出来る店。
台湾通のF本氏に教えてもらった。
