地下水による汚染水の封じ込めに、なぜ永久凍土と言うような面倒なものを使おうとしているのか？
昨日の図でも、原子炉が海面下にあるように描かれている。
そんなはずはない。
原子炉建屋に流入する地下水が問題と言うのであれば、地下水脈はごく浅い部分のはずである。
そうであれば、原子炉建屋の山側に、川を掘って地下水を海に流せばいいのである。

永久凍土案はそれができないと、言っているに等しい。
つまり、さらに深い場所に問題がある。
つまり、メルトスルーという事だ。
